Rust Bucket Workshop works intuitively using a pallete of pewter and painted tin pots, together with purpose and useful whatnots, mixing the forgotten, dysfunctional and scrapped, giving life to the broken and unwanted. A mechanical frankenstein of melancholic means give beauty to trashed and rejected machines, moving scrap into sculptural artisan delights.
Inspired by the handmade and the make do and mend, she has carried this theme to her adult years in sculpture and drawings.
